I think I will be Water...

If I could be anything what would I choose?
A bird, a dolphin, cats never seem to lose.
But out of all the things I could be,
I think quite possibly, water would be the best for me.
You see water is eternal, it can never be used up
It changes form sure, but then i’d really be filling my cup.
I would spent some time as rain, pouring down on the earths greatest sights
then maybe I would plunge over a waterfall from the worlds tallest heights.
If I was feeling a little lazy, I would be a light cloud being blown around
Or if I was energetic, I would be a puddle being splashed on the ground.
I’d make sure I got to trickle down 2 lovers dancing in the rain
and soak up the feeling of union sparking through each brain.
I would be the saliva to feel a mother and baby’s first kiss,
and I would be the ice on the mountain top with sights i'd dare not miss
I would be steam on a window watching a couple in full passion,
or the sweat on their brow as they please each other to their own fashion.
But I already am this water so maybe I am what I would choose to be,
I am a drop of God's ocean, an ocean that lives inside me.
The only limit water has, is the shape of it’s container
but through the journey of life’s wisdom, it couldn’t seem plainer.
I am eternal, just the same as the water,
My perceived container is that I have the most beautiful daughter
but she is water too and she can go with the flow.
SO how vigorously will I chase my dreams to show her there's nowhere SHE can’t go.

Let's show our children that the only limits are the ones we perceive
and be the inspiration for them to believe in their own dreams xxx
