Why Breathwork is so awesome...

Breathwork offers numerous benefits for both the mind and body.

First of all... are you breathing the right way?! 

Many of us have a breathing dysfunction  that we are completely unaware of... just training the body how to breathe correctly can have a profound impact on your daily wellbeing. Did you know that mouth breathing has so many negative health implications? Such as increased susceptibility to respiratory infections, dental problems and cognitive function just to name a few. 

Paradoxical breathers (where the belly contracts on an inhale instead of expanding) tend to be more prone to depression and anxiety.

Step 1 in breathing mastery: - Breathe through the nose as much as you possibly can.

Step 2: Breathe in to the belly and not the chest as much as you possibly can.

Step 3: - Learn to regulate your nervous system completely through the breath, making small adjustments as and required. I can help with all of these steps!

We will work together to understand your nervous system patterns and come up with daily breathing practises and exercises so that you become the master of your nervous system, body and mind to perform at your best and most importantly with inner peace all of the time ( all of the time you that you have the ability to breathe anyway!) I will take you on guided breath meditations to bring you to a total relaxation reset that you can then do yourself at home.

If you struggle with anxiety (as I have done) this is a game changer and will enable you to take your power back over your inner state whenever you need to. 

Maybe you are super chill all the time anyway and you want to be able to use breathwork to energise yourself and bring clarity to your mind - we can do that too!!
