What will happen during the treatment?

I will ask you whether you would like oil to be used during the treatment and we will make sure it's a suitable one for your skin type and allergies.
I will then ask you to get comfortable on the massage table where you will be made to be warm and cosy with a heated blanket underneath you and a warm blanket on top.

I will ask you to take some deep breaths to relax into the body and suggest some meditation tools to help you calm the mind during the treatment.
At the end of the 30 minutes I will either advise that I am about to begin the Reiki healing session or guide you through a short mediation if that is the only treatment booked.
